How long does a headshot session normally take?
In studio average time is about 30-45 mins. On-site at your office, we schedule 5-10 mins per team member.
A group of 25-30 we can normally finish in about 2 hours. We do offer a 100% satisfaction too.
Do you offer headshot retouching services?
Retouching is included with all of our tier 1 and 2 headshots. Retouching for Express Headshots is sold separately as an add-on.
What’s included in a headshot session?
Your headshot session is easy and guided the whole way. I’ll help you with posing, and after we take some photos, you’ll get to see them right away. We’ll go over them together and make adjustments based on what you like—so by the end, you’ll have a photo that feels just right for your professional image. You’ll walk out confident, knowing you got exactly what you wanted.
Can you come to our office for team and office headshots?
Absolutely! I offer on-location corporate headshot sessions, which can be booked through my office headshots service. If you're unsure if you have enough space, I offer a complimentary location discovery - free of charge if needed.
Can I use my business headshot on my website or social media?
Yes! Our Tier 1 headshots are optimized for web and social media, making them ideal for LinkedIn, Instagram, and your company’s “About Us” page.
If you plan to use the image in print, we recommend Tier 2, which includes high-resolution files specifically prepared for printing.
Can I make edits or alterations to my business headshot?
To maintain the integrity and quality of the final image, edits or alterations—such as filters, cropping, or retouching—should not be made without permission.
Your headshot is a professionally retouched image, and any unauthorized changes may result in derivative works that don't represent the original quality or brand standards.
If you need a specific adjustment or version of your image, just let me know—I'm happy to make those edits for you or provide an approved variation that fits your needs.
How do I book you for photography services?
Just fill out my contact form and tell me a bit about what you’re looking for. I’ll follow up with a customized proposal based on your needs.
Once the proposal is accepted, a $295 retainer fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the session or event date.
How far in advance should I try and book you?
For most sessions, booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance works best to ensure we can schedule at your convenience.
For larger events like conferences or trade shows, it’s a good idea to book a few months in advance to secure your date and allow time for planning.
What’s your cancellation / rescheduling policy?
We understand things come up. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. While our contract outlines all the details, cancellations not covered by force majeure may result in a partial charge to cover preparation and reserved time. We're always happy to walk you through this if you have questions.
Do you require a deposit for your photography services?
I don’t require a traditional deposit, but I do ask for a retainer fee to reserve your session.
This retainer locks in your time on my calendar—meaning no one else can book that slot—and it covers the preparation and planning that goes into making your session a success. The fee is applied toward your final balance and ensures that everything is set up just for you.
Do you offer any other services?
Certainly! We continuously strive to enhance our services based on our clients' needs. Currently, we offer an array of exciting options, including background replacements for both single images and galleries, the creation of custom backgrounds, enhanced edits, professional retouching, group photos, and group compositing. How do you handle new hires or one-off headshots after the initial session? Will their photos still match the original team?
New hires are treated just like any new assignment. There is a session fee to reserve time on the calendar, plus any retouched photos selected for delivery.
To help you maximize your budget, we recommend scheduling at least 3 new hires at a time. This way, you avoid paying multiple session fees and can streamline the process into a single visit.

Individual headshot packages start at $375 and include 1 professionally retouched image optimized for web and social media use. Additional photos can be purchased as an add-on.
How much are office headshots for a team?
We offer two tiers of headshots based on how you plan to use the images:

Optimized for web, social media, Zoom, email signatures, and most online use.
Tier 2 (print material) | $250:

Team / Group Photos
- For group photo we charge $75 per person in the group. Each person is retouched and polished.
