How to Access your Headshots from an Event
Greetings! You’re probably wondering “how do I find and download my headshot you took of me?” You have come to the right place! I will provide step by step instructions for you to easily follow so you are able to download the image you’re looking for.
Let’s find your Event Gallery
You should have received a link to your particular event, if you did click VIEW GALLERY. If not, you can use this link to see if the event gallery is still active: Headshot Gallery. Next, you’ll want to click on the correct gallery. If you can’t find your gallery, then the gallery has expired. We typically keep galleries active for 30 days after an event. If this is the case, you’ll need to reach out to that organization to see if they can provide you with a copy.
Finding your Headshots
Once you have located the event gallery, use your email to login and a password if it was provided. This helps us provide each user with friendly customer support. Now that you have access to the gallery, find your photos in the complimentary albums. The complimentary album offer free downloads, the Enhanced album is a purchase only, but we typically offer a discount to the attendees. For multiple day events, we have organized the photos by the day we created them to help our clients find what they are looking for a little easier.
How to Download your Photos
There are two set of instructions on how to download your images depending on if you’re accessing the gallery from a phone or a computer. I will cover both, let’s start with the preferred method - your computer.
Download to your computer:
Click on the image you want to download
Click on Download, if it asks for a PIN - enter it here
This should open a “save as” prompt and allow you to select the location on your cpu
Click ok, and you should see the image on your desktop now.
Download to your Phone:
Click on the image you want to download
Click on Download, if it asks for a PIN - enter it
Choose VIEW, (do not select Download)
Press and hold down with your finger on the image, then select “Save to Photos”
The photo should now be saved on your phone in your photo gallery.
How Do I Download the Enhanced Version?
You might have seen another gallery that is named “Enhanced” and you’re probably wondering how you can download one of those images? The process is relatively the same with an additional step - purchasing the digital download.
How to Purchase a Digital Download
Find the image you would like to purchase
Click on BUY PHOTO
Select “Digital Media”
Select “Enhanced Version”
(optional) click on Read More to see a description
Click “Add to Cart”
When you’re ready to check out, click on “View Cart”
Enhanced photos from events already include a discounted rate
Next fill out the necessary fields to make your purchase.
Finally, select “Place Order”
After your payment has been process, you should receive a link to download your image. (see below)
How to Purchase a Retouched Photo
Find the image you would like to retouched
Click on BUY PHOTO
Select “Digital Media”
Select the size of image you would like to receive and have retouched
Click “Add to Cart”
When you’re ready to check out, click on “View Cart”
Next fill out the necessary fields to make your purchase.
Finally, select “Place Order”
Please keep in mind that the photo has not been retouched yet and we will need 2-3 business days to for us to process your request.
You should see this message: “Your order has been placed” and you should have received an email with a link to download your purchased photo(s).
Click on the “Start Download” Button, and this should allow you to start downloading your image. It’s recommended to do all of this on your computer, but if you are on your phone, remember you have to click “View” then “Save to Photos” when you download your image.
