Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to partner with Bank of America for their Austin Market Expo 2025, a high-visibility, after-hours event held in downtown Austin. The goal? To offer attendees something meaningful — something they could actually use beyond the event.
Their team was clear from the start:
They didn’t want a traditional photo setup.
They didn’t want slow, drawn-out sessions.
They didn’t want headshots to become the event.
What they did want was a fast, professional, and polished solution that gave each attendee something truly valuable — a headshot they could actually use. That’s where my Express Headshot Booth came in.
Bank of America expected 125–150 attendees during a tight 3-hour window. The headshots needed to be:
They were also evaluating a few other photographers. But after a discovery call, a custom proposal, and a walk-through of the space, they made their decision.
I introduced them to my Express Headshot Booth — a high-volume setup designed for events like this:
Even though I offered to co-brand the galleries, they trusted me to run the visuals — so I kept the gallery branded with my premium layout, making the experience sleek, simple, and intuitive for attendees.
I arrived early, got everything set up without disruption, and started shooting 30 minutes before the scheduled time to accommodate early interest. From there, it didn’t slow down — a steady line of attendees, many of whom had never had a professional headshot taken before, came through with curiosity, nerves, and excitement.|And the results?
Smiles. Confidence. “Wow” reactions.
Even the most hesitant attendees walked away saying, “This actually looks great — I never like photos of myself!”
Attendees received immediate access to their personal galleries. Each person got one free download, and many chose to purchase their entire gallery (some had 6–8 solid options). Based on early metrics:
For a quick 3-hour setup, that’s high engagement — and high impact.

While I can’t share the photos from this event due to a confidentiality agreement, I still wanted to reflect on the experience — because it wasn’t just about headshots. It was about delivering a solution that elevated the guest experience and aligned with the brand’s standards of professionalism.
Bank of America wanted something thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality — and that’s exactly what we created: a seamless headshot experience that respected their guests’ time while leaving a strong impression.
To the team at Bank of America:
Thank you for trusting me to represent your brand and enhance your event. It was a pleasure designing a solution that blended speed, consistency, and professionalism — and I look forward to the next one.
Because in the end —
What they see is what they remember.
And when what they see is strong, polished, and professional, it reflects the brand behind it.
