From step-and-repeat portraits to leadership panel discussions and a high-energy awards dinner, the 2025 IEC Awards Gala had it all — and I was honored to be there to document it from start to finish.
Hosted at the Hilton Austin, the IEC Gala brought together professionals, leaders, and changemakers to celebrate growth and achievement in the education sector. My role? To capture it all — not just the formal moments, but the energy, emotion, and connection that defined the evening.
As an Austin corporate event photographer specializing in leadership events, I focus on delivering intentional, brand-aligned coverage that elevates how businesses and organizations are remembered.
A Story in Three Acts
1. The Reception: Connection in Motion
Before the awards, before the speeches, the room buzzed with anticipation. Guests were welcomed with a step-and-repeat photo experience powered by my signature lighting — fast, flattering portraits designed to make every guest feel seen.
